In order to Fix this issue:-

Go to Active node and execute as per below instruction.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.BENEDICT\ConfigurationState
Change all 4 values from 2 to 1
